Quotezone.co.uk – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Cash Prize (“Prize Draw“) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions“). By entering this Prize Draw the entrants (“You“) are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please see the details on the Quotezone.co.uk facebook page on how to enter the competition, all of which will also form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. This Prize Draw is organised by Quotezone.co.uk which is a trading style of Seopa Ltd who are a limited company registered in Northern Ireland. Registered number: NI046322. Registered office: SEOPA LTD, 5th Floor Link Building, Adelaide Exchange, 24-26 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD. (‘’Quotezone.co.uk’’).

3. The Prize Draw is open from 01/07/2020 to 23:59 on 31/07/2020 (“Entry Dates“).

4. You will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw if you comment with an appropriate DIY story under the competition post on Facebook, max. 50 words on the Quotezone.co.uk facebook page http://www.facebook.com/Quotezone/

5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. If more than one entry is submitted the entry with the earliest time stamp will be entered into the Prize Draw.

6. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK, with the exception of employees of Seopa Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Prize Draw.

7. The winning individuals (“Winner“) will be drawn at random from the list of valid entrants on 03/08/2020.

8. The winner of the Prize Draw (1 from Quotezone.co.uk facebook page) will receive a cheque equivalent for their current Home Insurance policy, up to the value of £250. The cheque will be sent to the winner via recorded delivery once they have been contacted and their details have been confirmed. We may ask for evidence of your Home Insurance policy being bought via a receipt and the value of such a policy, this may be a requirement of the prize draw.

9. The selection from the random draw from both the Quotezone.co.uk facebook page is final and no repeal, correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

10. The Winner will be notified via facebook on 04/08/2020. They may be asked to telephone Quotezone.co.uk to confirm their correct contact details. The winner must acknowledge the winning message/announcement within 72 hours (via Facebook messenger, Facebook message or Facebook comment on the competition post) of the original message and claim his/her prize within 28 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and Quotezone.co.uk shall be entitled to select another winner(s).

11. The Prize Draw Winners name may be published on the respective Facebook page – www.quotezone.co.uk http://www.facebook.com/Quotezone/

12. www.quotezone.co.uk will use any personal data submitted by You in accordance with UK data protection legislation and only for the purposes of running the Prize Draw, unless otherwise stated to You at the time of entry. By entering this Prize Draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by www.quotezone.co.uk for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which you have consented. Facebook has no involvement in the collection of data processed for this prize draw.

13. The Winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same.

14. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be sold.Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right to substitute, in their sole reasonable discretion, the Prize with a prize of equal value.

15. Quotezone.co.uk reserve the right to amend or vary this Prize Draw or the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice and to cancel this Prize draw in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Quotezone.co.uk’s reasonable control. Any change to the Prize Draw or the Terms and Conditions will be posted on www.quotezone.co.uk.

16. Quotezone.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you for entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the cheque. Quotezone.co.uk is not responsible for any failure of an entry to be received for any reason whatsoever. Nothing shall exclude Quotezone.co.uk’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. However, You enter this draw at your own risk and Quotezone.co.uk cannot accept liability for any loss suffered by You as a result of your own negligence.

17. The Prize Draw is governed by the law of Northern Ireland and any dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

18. You can contact Quotezone.co.uk in relation to the Prize Draw at the address set out in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

19. Entering this prize draw does not require a purchase of any sort.

20. Details of the winner will be available for four weeks after the draw date by emailing katie.gawley@seopa.com

21. Your entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to You. You hereby warrant that your entry and all information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by You and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.

22. Quotezone.co.uk assumes that by entering into the Prize Draw (and You warrant that) You are aged 18 or over or, if You are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions.

23. Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe You have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The promoter is Quotezone.co.uk.

25. CompareNI.com need a minimum of 5 entries per page before drawing a winner.

26. CompareNI.com reserve the right to remove the competition at any point if they wish to do so / if minimum entry numbers are not reached.
