I have not received my insurance documents, can you please provide me with my policy information?

Your insurer will provide these directly to you. If you have not received them, please contact your insurance provider directly and request a copy. The details could be sent via mail, email, or made available on the insurer’s website. Start by looking in your email inbox, spam, or junk folder.

Can you confirm who my current insurance policy is with?

Any current or previous insurance provider should have emailed or posted your policy information around the date your insurance began. We recommend searching for information in the inbox of the email you used when purchasing the policy. It could also be in your junk or spam folders.

How do I cancel my insurance policy?

Policy amendments or cancellations can only be facilitated by your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider directly and they can advise you on this process. 

Can I call Quotezone for a quote over the telephone?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a telephone service. However, you can get a quote online and discuss the policy directly with the insurance provider you choose through either an online chat or phone service.

How do I unsubscribe from Quotezone?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Quotezone please unsubscribe here.

How does Quotezone protect my data?
