Quotezone Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This share to win promotion (“Promotion“) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions“). By entering this Promotion the entrants (“You“) are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Promotion is organised by Quotezone.co.uk which is a trading style of Seopa Ltd who are a limited company registered in Northern Ireland. Registered number: NI046322. Registered office: SEOPA LTD, 5th Floor Link Building, Adelaide Exchange, 24-26 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD. (“Quotezone.co.uk“).
3. The Promotion is open from 24/11/2015 to 23:59 on 30/04/2017 (“Entry Dates“).
4. You will automatically be entered into the Promotion if you enter your full name and email address into the Promotion entry form, the link to which is found in your email from Quotezone.co.uk, between the Entry Dates.
5. Each person can only have one entry based on sharing our post recommending Quotezone on at least one of your social media platforms. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. Each person must enter the Promotion using the same email address that they received the Quotezone Promotion email on.
7. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK, with the exception of employees of Seopa Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Promotion.
8. Each individual to enter our Promotion and share our post will receive a five pound (£5)(“Prize”) Amazon gift voucher within 30 days of entry.
9. Each successful entrant will receive a five pound Amazon gift voucher via email within seven days and before the closing date 30/04/2017 (Recipient).
10. Quotezone.co.uk will use any personal data submitted by You in accordance with UK data protection legislation and only for the purposes of running the Promotion, unless otherwise stated to You at the time of entry. By entering this Promotion, You consent to the use of your personal data by Quotezone.co.uk for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which You have consented. Facebook or Twitter have no involvement in the collection of data processed for this Promotion.
11. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name being used for publicity without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Promotion, You consent to the same.
12. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be sold. Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right to substitute, in their sole reasonable discretion, the Prize with a prize of equal value.
13. Quotezone.co.uk reserve the right to amend or vary this Promotion or the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice and to cancel this Promotion in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Quotezone.co.uk’s reasonable control. Any change to the Promotion or the Terms and Conditions will be posted on www.Quotezone.co.uk.
14. Quotezone.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by You for entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize. Quotezone.co.uk is not responsible for any failure of an entry to be received for any reason whatsoever. Nothing shall exclude Quotezone.co.uk’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. However, You enter this draw at your own risk and Quotezone.co.uk cannot accept liability for any loss suffered by You as a result of your own negligence.
15. The Promotion is governed by the law of Northern Ireland and any dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

17. Entering this Promotion does not require a purchase of any sort. However, you must be an existing user of Quotezone.co.uk and have received the Promotion entry email from Quotezone.co.uk
18. Your entry and any information submitted by You must be personal to and relate specifically to You. You hereby warrant that your entry and all information which You submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by You and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
19. Quotezone.co.uk assumes that by entering into the Promotion (and You warrant that) You are aged 18 or over or, if You are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
20. Quotezone.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe You have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
