The service, for single issue annual House insurance, was prompt and easy to navigate. One suggestion for improvement is that, when double/duplicate payments are accidentally made (which happened to me, as the first time I attempted to pay, this was refused, so I tried again and, subsequently, two identical payments for the same policy/product were taken) that an automatic trigger informs customers with a timespan for repayment and an apology. This would give peace of mind and save the customer’s/staff’s time on the phone. The member of staff I spoke with – Michelle – was very helpful, locating the double payment and informing me of the subsequent action taken. It took one week to refund me, which seems rather long.

Website’s easy to navigate. Been with a different insurer since I started driving 7 years ago, but they wanted increase my premium by over £100 this year. LV offered the same cover for significantly less.
