“S07 was very helpful but as other folks have said, trying to get a hold of someone isn’t easy when you are working all day. I also agree that it is confusing having to go through 2 companies to sort out the claim especially when Yoga do not update your dashboard and you can’t get hold of anyone at One-call. Can’t comment on anything else yet as we still haven’t had our car assessed and picking up the courtesy car tomorrow.”
